“Healing” After going through two losses recently I have been working on my own healing journey realizing it’s ebbs and flows - it’s often messy, dark but oh so powerful. Healing requires us to look within and create new pathways, it can be terrifying but I can assure you it’s worth it. Healing allows us to break free from the things that hold us down, this does not mean that life will be easy but it will allow us to deal with life’s challenges along the way. I hope you find your way to connection, safety and love. And remembering your worth.
