Just stay.. because sometimes we don’t realize the importance of staying, far too often we believe that if we leave - it will make everything better but the truth is that we are needed, we matter and we are worthy of living a life that is safe, happy and loved regardless of the voices that tell us otherwise. Sometimes life can be so dark that we cannot see what’s in front of us but it does get better and won’t last forever. It is important to remember that each of us were created with purpose and comes with our own unique gifts - sometimes it gets lost along the way and we forget the power within, I hope you remember to stay. As a mom of four, I’ve struggled on and off with postpartum depression/depression and I know how it can feel to want to give up but I promise it gets better so please “Just Stay”
